From the fourth Luxuriant Sedans album (the third we worked on at Old House) and this one was done entirely with us, start-to-finish. "Souls Of The Departed" is the Sedans' take on the Bruce Springsteen song, recorded entirely live in the studio (except for the tambourine).

Old House Studio began in a renovated farm house in Gastonia, NC in 1998. In 2012, Old House relocated to a 2,000 SF commercial facility in Charlotte, NC.
