about

Columbia-based band Lunch Money plays "Indie Rock For Kids and Adults." We began working with them on their 2010 release, "Original Friend," and again on their album, "Spicy Kid," in 2012. Their 2013 single, "Shake My Piggy Bank," was a song commissioned by the South Carolina Richland Library's Growing Savers Program, encouraging kids to learn how to save money. This single was mixed at our interim studio located at The Playroom band rehearsal facility in Charlotte. Half-jokingly called "On Hold House," the small control room was useful for mixing several releases in late 2012 and early 2013 while we moved our facility from Gastonia to Charlotte, NC.
