about

We first became fans of Wisconsin-based singer/songwriter David Tomaloff via his excellent rock band, The Dammitheads. David contacted Chris Garges about recording drums for his new record at Old House (in Gastonia) via The Internet. Garges obliged and Tomaloff was happy with the results. So happy in fact, that he sent Garges additional overdubs to assess in a producer role. Garges also recorded pedal steel whiz Bob Barone at Old House and when recording was completed, Tomaloff traveled to NC to mix with Garges at Old House, JUST after the installation of Old House's new Amek Angela mixing console. This album was the first project mixed on the Amek console.
