Bradford Ray Bailey recorded this 10-song duo album with drummer Chris Garges at Old House Studio in late 2017. Brad's unique playing revolves around his proficiency on a custom-built eight-string instrument which features five "guitar" strings and three "bass" strings, allowing him to play bass parts with his thumb and guitar parts with his fingers, simultaneously. "Platorum" was recorded entirely live with no overdubs over three days at Old House, then mixed by Brad at his home studio in Cornelius, NC.
